Le's Nail Bar @ Normandy Shopping Center

One of the worst nail experiences I’ve had in a long time. I was charged $120 for this horrible experience. I went in to get a simple French tip with a flower I was passed around to 4 different technicians and there for 3 hours because of “miscommunication” about what type of gel I requested versus what I was given. After I left frustrated and sat in my car examining my nails the supposed owner came out and begged me to return the next day for a full refund and to fix my nails. I came back today to be argued with about the colors I picked and “it would be prettier this way” and “I like this better for you this one is ugly” instead of simply putting the options I picked. The lines on the French tip were poorly done and I asked her to fix them multiple times and she said she would and still

Selena is really wonderful. She does great on my nails every time I go. She can do any design I ask her to do, sometimes I just give her a color and let her do her own thing. I love that she takes her time to make EVERYTHING perfect.

I went to Le’s nails for the first time tonight and this was by far the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon! Kelly was AMAZING!!! She gave me suggestions on nail shape for my fingers, whether dip or acrylic would be better for me, helped pick my color to go with my skin tone, and gave me the best pedicure and dip manicure. The atmosphere of the salon is so peaceful, clean, and chic. All of the girls, plus Tim, had great energy and all seemed very happy to be working there. I will certainly be a regular!

I had a fantastic experience here! I wanted a design and they were very accommodating. One of the technicians, I didn’t catch her name, came over to paint the design on my nails and used all kinds of thin brushes and paints. I’m thrilled with the results!

I came in today with my daughter for pedicures and decided to try the head spa experience as well, and I am so glad I did. First, I want to say how incredibly kind everyone was to my daughter. She is autistic and has a lot of sensory sensitivities, so new environments can sometimes be overwhelming. The staff were so patient, gentle, and understanding with her. They made her feel comfortable and welcomed, which means more to me than I can really put into words. Now the head spa treatment… I am honestly still processing it. I’m not even trying to be dramatic when I say it may have been one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in years.
