Kelly is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever had. If you are looking for someone to do your nails-this is her. She always pays attention to detail, designs are always exactly what I ask for (if not better), and my nails stay looking fresh for weeks. Clean, professional, and such a delight every appointment. 10/10 recommend.

The service was very nice and fast but not even a week later 1 of my nails had already popped off I went back for them to redo it I got charged for It which isn’t a problem I payed but 2 days later a different nail popped off!! I payed for these to last and when I went back to get my 1 nail fixed he rushed it and was very sloppy!!! I am very easy with my nails as I like them to last awhile I take care of them but this is unacceptable part on them

The 1st time I got my nails done they were great I had no complaints. The lady who did my nails did an awesome job and she was extremely professional. I was really excited to finally find a good shop in Columbus. Until I came for my fill in. I got an older gentleman and I had the complete opposite experience. He drilled the skin around my cuticles to the point where I now have painful sores all around my cuticles, he didn’t file my actual nails down enough so now I have bumps on my nails, and not to mention when he put the top coat on my nails one of the colors bled onto the other colored nail causing different colored streaks all over my nails and instead of fixing it he just laughed and said “sorry”.
