I had a PRF procedure at Let’s Heal Your Skin, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Julia was absolutely wonderful, professional, honest, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. The procedure itself was relatively pain-free with minimal downtime, which I really appreciated. What I loved most is that the results weren’t instant or drastic. Instead, they developed gradually over a few months as the collagen naturally rejuvenated. The changes are subtle but noticeable in the best way, especially under my eyes. It’s helped with under-eye bags and made my eyes look more youthful and refreshed. Both Julia’s are also very caring and thorough. The environment is clean all items used are in individual packaging. I appreciate the care by Julia W. when we discussed Botox and maintaining a natural look. I find the ease of scheduling online very convenient as well. The prices are fair and Julia W. Brought to my attention the use of the Alle app. Your treatments are entered and you earn points which convert to a dollar amount that is used towards the next service. I appreciate the professionalism of these two Nurse Practitioners and the regard they demonstrate towards their clients.

Julia W is so caring and attentive. She really listens to your wants and concerns and makes it happen with her golden hands! I also really appreciate she isn’t afraid to say “no, I don’t think that’s right for you” and practices with true professionalism. I never feel like I’m being sold something and she has your best interest at heart. I have recommended a few friends and family to her and won’t hesitate to continue to do so. She is absolutely amazing! A hidden gem in Staten Island I should probably gatekeep, but I won’t 😉.

Got IV therapy and Botox treatments here. The IV was relaxing and left me feeling energized for days—great hydration boost! Botox went smoothly, no bruising, and forehead lines softened nicely within a week. Staff was friendly and professional, space is clean/modern. That said, it felt a bit rushed during the consult, and results from Botox were good but not as dramatic as I hoped (maybe need a follow-up tweak). Solid spot for quick rejuvenation in NYC—would return for the IVs especially. 4 stars!
