This review is for Antoinette, with whom I made an appointment on IG (#inantoinetteschair) to get a versatile weave. She works out of this establishment. I have been following her for a while and was really looking forward to having a pleasant experience. It wasn’t that. 🫤 Note that the following review is less about the quality of her work and mainly about her customer service. My appointment was for 11:30 AM and she called to provide a “courtesy”call around 10:30 AM that she was running behind schedule, delayed by 45 - 60 min. I was already in commute when she called and was coming from uptown Manhattan by train, so it was too late to turn around. I understood that things happen sometimes that may be out of one’s control, so I accepted the delay. 45-60 mins turned into 2 hours, no exag

Terry is masterful and what he does especially hair cuts. My main issue is the long wait times and lack of ability to schedule appointments. I'm not one to spend half a day in a hair salon. If time is not and issue, I would recommendation

I have been going to Terry for 10+ years. His ability to look at a picture and cut your hair into the same style is in a class by itself. If you're ever shopping for a beautician that has cut and color skills that surpass most, you should definitely give him a try.
