Shanon is always pleasant. She does exactly what my grandson ask for and does a great professional job. He loves coming because he is comfortable and likes talking with her too. There’s no getting him to let anyone but Shanon cut his hair. My son also goes to her too.

Overall the haircut isn’t that bad, but I asked for all of the hair to be cut the same length on top and it’s far from it. Uneven is a consistent theme of the haircut. I was getting lined up before I had time to realize it, even though I did not want to be line up. My sideburns were left ≈1/5in uneven. If the haircut was rushed because they were busy, I would be more understanding, but I asked for a fairly simply men’s haircut and it took roughly an hour even though I was the only customer there. It was also not confidence boosting or helpful that my hairstylist had to ask for help/advice half way through the haircut. It was a quality haircut at what I can only believe is the current market standard price for services rendered. Very warm feel. Music selection was really good (80s hits), which helped with the feel.

Absolute worse haircut I got in my life. I mean horrible. I came in with a picture of MY own hair from a previous haircut and told them that’s what I wanted I told them that this type of haircuts is a low taper fade. Their finished product was horrible there was no fade it looked like she put a bowl on my head and tilted it as the fade line was not equal on both sides of my head and the fade was not there she did not blend it or anything and they cut too much off the top of my head this is hands down the worst place I’ve been I was so embarrassed I immediately put a hat on and drove to another barber shop were I kid you not the entire barber shop came together to figure out how to fix my haircut and it took them an hour and half to fix it that’s how bad it was I will never return and I urg
