LG African Hair Braiding

She does excellent work. She is very friendly and professional. I had a very different request and everyone I contacted said they couldn't do it. I contacted her explained the situation and she sure . Her braiding is impeccable I have gone to multiple times and she continues to impress me. I would recommend her to anyone that desire quality and she is reasonable. Definitely 2 thumbs up.

My hair looks a damn mess!!!! She has these huge bulky senegalese twist in the back, & smaller ones in the front. I should of gotten box braids because half of the twist is a dern box braid! My middle part is crooked! Can never wear this bulky mess down!!! Have had these in maybe 3 weeks & looks like they've been in my hair for months! & very rude when you express your concerns! Be aware of who yal have playing in your head!

First of all my appointment was at 9:30 they did get to the shop until 9:45. I took both of my girls to get there hair braided. It took them forever to get done. I am still waiting on them to finish, it's 5:00 and still have some ways to go. One lady left in the middle of braiding my daughter hair for an hour. If you have time to waste then this is the place for you to come.

AWFUL customer service! I was trying to schedule and have my first appt. From the very first unreturned phone call 4 days prior all the way to not answering the door on the day of appt. After calling to let her know that we were at the door and had rang the bell and knocked several times she finally unlocks the door but doesn't open it. After waiting, I opened the door. Totally taken off guard because she was standing across the room away from the door. Told us to sit down and disappeared through the door to another room. WE WAITED AND WAITED. She NEVER came back to say anything. We left WITHOUT receiving any any services and I had to scramble and find someone else and schedule to get my daughter box braids.

Don't go here. I went to this place one afternoon, and I really needed to get my hair done, so I asked them if they could do it that day. They said yes, and someone had to call someone else to come do my hair, because there was no one there available to do it. It was about 1:00pm as well.I waited, and waited. I guess one of the hairstylist noticed that I was looking a bit anxious, so she reassured me that someone was on their way. About 30 minutes later a pregnant woman showed up, and then got her lunch and said she will be with me soon. She just had to feed her baby first. Wtf! She should have fed her baby on the way there. Anyway she eats her lunch and calls someone else, and that person comes in 30 minutes later. The new person who came in took about 5 minutes to get supplies together
