I showed this picture. I had long hair. That took years to grow. By the time the haircut was done. I realized all of my hair had been cut off! I was crying in the truck . I did not say anything and still paid $55. But I’m devastated. The picture shows layers with long hair since I had long hair. My shortest layer could pass as bangs ALL ACROSS MY HEAD. I can’t fix it. I have to live with this for I don’t know how many years and I had 2 upcoming events to attend. I’m so heartbroken that I have little hair left. I loved my long hair. I just wanted layers but it was all chopped off.

Linda is a super sweet lady and at the end styled my hair great. So, I had made an appointment and ended up waiting a half hour as she had taken a walk in (my time is important too) Then I tried to explain that I wanted hi/low lights & she said it wasn’t season for hi lights. So I asked if she could just then do some low lights and cover my roots dark. I even showed a picture of my hair previously what I wanted. She only used one color (red?) the color of low lights and put on my roots (I asked for dark brown on roots) She also had a I’ll say “interesting” way of low lighting. She just took a clump of hair underneath instead of like weaving it in and that color also went on my roots!! My hair turned out pink, not at all what I was wanting!! Love love love how my hair turned out! I went in knowing I wanted my hair shorter and either blonde or rose gold. Ms. Linda took her time to ensure my hair stayed healthy with the bleaching and got the color I wanted. It turned out better than I could've imagined. She also explained how to care for the color and explained different products that could be used. Ms linda is so knowledgeable about hair. Definitely will be returning here for my future hair needs!

I was a walk-in at about 5 pm. She took a straight to the shampoo bowl and washed my hair. Sat me in a chair and asked how I wanted my haircut. She got busy and we chatted the whole time. Lisa is very professional and personable. I will be back! 👍🏼

Linda did an amazing job on my hair. I showed her pictures for inspiration and she totally made my hair looked even better than I could have imagined. She turned my hair from drab to fab in no time at all!
