I love coming here! I grab a piece of paper and started dribbling to show her my idea of what I wanted and the colors I wanted and it came out beautiful. She did a great job!

I stopped in for a deluxe pedicure (which was clearly posted as $44) and a regular manicure with no polish. When I went to check out, I was charged $79. I was genuinely confused about how a $44 pedicure plus a basic manicure with no polish added up to that amount, especially since there was no clear breakdown of the charges. When I asked for a receipt, I was told one could not be printed and would have to be written out manually, which was concerning. Transparency in pricing is important, and I did not receive a clear explanation of the additional charges. The young lady who provided my services was kind and professional, and I appreciated her demeanor. However, the overall experience left me feeling overcharged and uncomfortable. I won't be back

It's clear to me that Lee, the owner of LH Nails does not value the quality of her work. She allowed me to leave her nail spa with this mess. I drew a simple flower on a piece of paper. I asked if she could duplicate and this is what I received. Why didn't she say, I can't do a simple flower. She didn't offer to remove it nor did she apologize. I received very poor customer service on this day.

Came in Sunday for a mani and pedi. Next day my left foot polish is already off my toes. I paid for gel polish. They always suggest for you to get polish that it last long etc. Not True. My gel polish shouldn’t be sliding off this soon. Service was rush dew to more customers walking in for service. This isn’t fair to the customers in the salon already getting service. If you’re short staff just say that! Very rude when I came in to get my polish fix on my ONE FOOT! Accuse me of peeling the polish off. This is not my first time getting gel and the ones who get gel know you just can peel the gel off. Definitely have to file it off and drill it off!! Rude customer service! worst experience. i got my nails done on 12/31 at 7pm and an hour later a nail broke. this place was closed on 1/1 so i tried to call to get it fixed on 1/2 and they’re trying to make me pay for a broken nail that i didn’t cause. i would not recommend this place, the service is mediocre and they don’t hold themselves accountable.
