It almost felt like a Russian manicure with how clean she made the cuticles. And it was only 28$! Definitely would come back if I need a quick mani

My nails were done beautifully and my nail tech was patient with me. I got acrylics with gel color and a design done in an hour 45 minutes. I called ahead to make an appointment two days prior and they honored that. The whole experience was lovely until the end… As soon as I sat down I asked how much the service would be after showing her a picture of what I wanted. She said $52. Then at the end, she wrote me a receipt for $57 and I said I thought we said 52 and her response was oh yes but for French it’s extra five dollars and design is another five dollars… But isn’t French a design itself? I don’t like feeling like I’ve been played and I definitely felt this way after that which is unfortunate because everything else was so nice. Despite my specific requests, the outcome did not meet my expectations, and I was shocked to be asked to pay the full price for a service that fell short. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, and the lack of accountability was disheartening. The final result not only failed to capture my preferences but also required additional correction elsewhere. I expected professionalism and attention to detail, but sadly, these were lacking.
