I came into this appointment feeling genuinely hesitant. A recent cancellation and communication issue had left me disappointed and unsure about returning. I had called to cancel 23 hours and 15 minutes before my appointment—just 45 minutes outside the 24-hour window—yet I was charged the full amount for a service I did not receive. I was also told that if I did not pay the fee, my future appointments would be cancelled, which felt unusually punitive and surprising given my long history as a loyal guest. Because of that experience, I hadn’t booked my next visits and felt stuck about whether to return. I had the most incredible massage with Joseph at Lifetime in Sandy Springs. His hands are truly magical — he knew exactly the right pressure I needed, and the experience was both deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Joseph is not only the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to, but also a genuinely kind and caring person. I can’t recommend him enough. I know I’ll be returning regularly.

I recieved a facial exfoliation with an individualized steam treatment. My spa attendant was intelligent, helpful & patient with speaking to me & reviewing questions I had involving my skin care & what it needed. She was soooo knowledgeable with helping me make a decision that would be best for me. She provided a wide array of skin care choices and options. The spa overall has the best professional staff ever. They are top tier. If anyone is in the area you should give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. Since my experience, I love that my relationship I now have with them, it has ultimately only opened the door for more amazing future treatments for me. Love the LT Sandy Spa!!

I have been going to Lifespa Sandy Springs for a while and it is always an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and professional. The spa is inviting, and has a relaxing feel to it. I have not used the gym yet but it has a lot of good equipment. The barber is excellent. I highly recommend her. She is professional and gives a very good haircut.
