I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this was bad enough to the point where I had to and felt the need to warn other ladies about getting their hair done. I went to the hairdresser Sefeka and have never encountered a more unprofessional hairdresser. I gave her multiple chances as well on numerous services. She would dye my hair and stain my skin. She would also rush her work and work on five different people at once. After having my hair done by her for the last time, a quarter of it started to shed from my head. I proceeded to schedule a appointment at another parlor, and the women told me that my scalp was irritated, my hair was breaking, and quote on quote “Whoever did this needs their license revoked.” For the prices that she expects for her work is beyond subpar. If i had an option

The initial visit to schedule my appointment was not unpleasant. However, on the day of the appointment, I attempted to contact Aneta in advance by phone to inform her that I would be running slightly behind schedule, approximately 5-10 minutes. Unfortunately, my call went unanswered. I arrived at the shop at approximately 8:40 AM, but upon entering, I found that there was no one present. I knocked on an interior door and made approximately seven phone calls, one of which resulted in being directed to voicemail. Despite my efforts, I did not receive any response. I also, texted & no response. This kind of customer service is highly unprofessional, ignorant, & inconsiderate being as I cancelled all of my clients at work today to come to an appointment to be ignored. Stylist name is Mubera and I can say that i finally find great specialist in hair industry. She cut exactly the length i expected and did my new highlights so natural. I highly recommend her is you want to look stylish and "expensive". Great work, thank you, Mubera.

An amazing salon! I recently went for a hair cut and highlights and got exactly what I wanted for such an affordable price!! Recommend 10/10 and the ladies there are the sweetest.
