Thought I'd try a different salon because I just moved. From the time I walked in, the woman who did my pedicure, was so unfriendly. I asked her how much it would be for a pedicure. She tossed a menu to me. She was rude when I wanted a little more cut off 1 toe nail! Her body language showed me she did not want me there. I checked out and made sure I gave her cash for the tip which was 20%. She shoved the cash in her pocket and walked away wo a thank you. Not to mention the polish was horrible. ILL NEVER STEP A FOOT IN THERE AGAIN, DONT GO!

I have always received great service here. The staff is friendly. I have been going here for years now and will not go anywhere else to get my nails done. They have great business hours. I use to get gel but I was told by another customer to switch to powder, they last longer and are better for you, I now only get powder.

Went in for a full set, Amy was rude right from the start when trying to convince me to change the style I wanted claiming I didn’t understand. She then started to a coworker about me and my design and I knew it was bad. She proceeded to yank on my hands while doing them. She cut them extremely short (I have NEVER had them so short to where I can see my skin under the nail when I hold my hand up), burned my skin on one finger to now I have a welt and it hurts extremely bad, 2 made 2 of my cuticles bleed and to top it off she spilled the purple liquid cup and got it all over my brand new phone. What should have taken an hour to hour and a half max took almost 2 hours. It was a simple design (attached photo) and she messed it up by putting glitter on the heart instead of the diamonds like t

So much space between the end of the nail and where the polish ends. It's makes it look like it was done weeks ago. Paid extra for the volcano which said it includes a 30 min message but the whole thing from start to finish was 30 min. Very rushed and did not feel welcomed.

Lily is always amazing. She goes above and beyond when doing my nails and I always leave SOO happy with them! I recommend to anyone looking for a complete nail service with a great staff and atmosphere to come here. I have had almost every tech at least once and they are all amazing!
