i’ve been coming here for a while never had a problem. i’m upset that i spent over 100$+ for service and i didn’t walk away with neither my feet or hands done correctly. the young lady who was doing my feet i asked her if polish was almost done and if she was struggling to get the polish out ill change the color to something else. she said no it’s fine, but gave me 2 coats on the big toe and 1 coat on the rest. it looks light black compared to the big toe that had both coats. someone else did my hands and it was such a rushed job, trust me i didn’t ask for a “sparkly black” that’s just powder everywhere and file dust all in one. my nails were long and shaped perfectly prior to the new powder gel i was getting. my nails were filed so many times they felt weak. there’s barely any clear coat

I used to be regular at this salon for 4 years. Now Came with my kid for Mother’s Day for a Manicure and massage. Kid got a decent service but my manicure came out uneven after drying and just sad to have, especially on this day. With a newborn at home I didn’t have time to redo it all over again. Sad Mother’s Day.

Did my nails for my summer vacation and a week later they’re still perfect. Everyone is always super kind and professional! They’re not the strongest with designs but their mani pedis are wonderful!

My first and last time going to this location. I honestly HATE my nails!!!! The lady has no idea what she’s doing. This truthfully looks like I did not get it done at a nail salon because of how sloppy it is. It is absolutely horrendous!! I’ve NEVER had my nails look like this after coming out of a nail salon.. I was honestly judging the whole way through but I was like maybe I should trust the process lol. Clearly I should’ve just walked out. Now I have to go somewhere else and re-do them. This is powder by the way..

Would not recommend for anything more than a basic manicure. The sets we got were uneven, nails were not filed well and looked sooo bumpy. Felt like a rushed job. Wouldn’t come back. The picture attached is supposed to ombré nails…
