Lilac Spa and Nail

Susan SAVED me! I rarely get my nails done but I wanted to for an upcoming vacation. After a debacle at a different salon I had an appointment at (police were called due to a discrepancy between their staff), I called Lilac in a panic and Susan went above and beyond to squeeze me in. Her staff are professional and friendly, and she is an expert at what she does. She consulted me on what services and colors were best and I’d recommend this salon 10/10! My nails looked beautiful for a full week of pools and adventures.

Overall this is one of the best salons that I’ve been to. I got acrylic tips put on and they were filled right to the cuticle which looked lovely (these photos were taken a week after I got my nails done). My tech was friendly and fun to talk to - the atmosphere and music were very relaxing as well. The only negative was that two of my fingers ended up getting cut, but other than that everything was great.

Zero stars - horrible experience very disappointed -my hard earned money of getting a Mani/pedi here . First off I was cut twice then the lady was sticking my hand under the machine without the first polish on for the no chip /it was such a weird experience. My finger was burning then no chip chipped in two days contacted the owner to be told that I have thin nails and to try something else besides no chip . I’ve never been told this in my life. I always have no chips done that last three weeks the lady that I had was just incompetent and didn’t know what she was doing like she was in another world. Very aggravated and frustrated they did offer to redo it, but I do not want to walk back in there just because of my terrible experience. Just letting everyone know beware.

Highly recommend this salon. It is clean and no matter which tech I get, they always do a clean and meticulous job. If you are in a rush, this isn’t the place for you. The facility is clean and prices are reasonable. I usually come here for their Signature Pedicures it is absolutely relaxing.

All the techs do a great job. They can do anything. I had a French no chip done and she cranked it out in 45 mins! I made an appointment and they took me on time. New ownership! They've made some nice changes
