Very rude. I was waiting over 30 minutes and the lady refused to blow dry my hair because she didn’t wash my hair. First I’m ever experiencing that. Shameful since I loved coming here as a little girl.

Omg! Literally the best and sweetest people ever!!! I got my cut on New Years Eve so practically all the salons were closed but they were opened and I made a call to get layers. I got it washed and cut all just for $25!!!! My Salonist name was Yohanny and she was so sweet and did a great job :) My hair feels so healthy and soft smells great and the cut was fantastic. Def will be coming again :))))

It’s not fun when you walk in and say “ can I get cornrows(a type of braid) going back?” And then you get straight hair. And I had to pay 40 dollars for a hair style I didn’t want. What service!

Arrived at 10am, no hairdresser,. I asked the girl at the place if there would be someone coming, she said yes that she was a couple of minutes away. So I washed my hair and did rolos, finished and 11:30am and still no hairdressers. Why open if they won’t be able to provide a complete service? I left without finishing. And they charged me $30, mind you I have shoulder length hair. Very disappointed! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I just was told that they people in here DO NOT WASH MEN'S HAIR. My response was "you're joking right?" And the lady in the second chair on the right told me "no we do not want men's hair. My hair is 17 inches long and curly. My advice for anyone interested in Lila's is just don't bother and go somewhere else.
