Lillian's Nails and Spa

I am very disappointed ☹️ my n a recent review I read about Michelles behavior. I have been coming here for over a year and how I have been treated when I come in not only by michelle also by Linda has been phenomenal. They are amazing and I have seen how they treat their customers besides myself. I do not see anyone in the salon, having an attitude or a mean bone in their body. Their service is great, and I always recommend this salon to others as I am pleased with their service and their prices.

Saw walk ins are welcomed so I thought I would check the place out. When walking in the lady in front Michelle was very snippy and said what you want what you want to do in a rush ? As well as in a demanding tone and I ask how much for the inspo picture I showed her she said 75. That’s insanely pricy for a fill and design on 2 nails so I took my business elsewhere and paid much less.

Over all they have very good service the two older women do wonderful but I cannot provide a better rating because the younger women here does not provide good service. She doesn’t listen when asked to make nails shorter and has cut my skin during pedicures multiple times. She one time even cut my skin from using a higher level buffer on my toe cutting my cuticle. I would request anyone else but her. Paying for a service to not be what you want is really aggravating.

This place has a great vibe, Michelle did my nails and I loved them, simple as I asked.

I had an amazing experience at lillian's Nail & Spa! Staff were friendly, welcoming, extremely talented. My nail technicians Michelle & Linda did an outstanding job on both me and my daughter's acrylic manicure. The attention to detail and care taken was impressive. Spa itself was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. I loved the relaxing atmosphere and the wide range of nail polish options. I already recommended lillian's Nail &Spa to friends and family, and I'll definitely be back for my next nail appointment!
