Im absolutely thrilled with my experience at Lilly Beauty Medical Spa! Stephanie’s truly knowledgeable - she's warm, welcoming, and ensures everything runs smoothly. The estheticians, are truly exceptional. They're knowledgeable, skilled, and made me feel pampered and relaxed. Their attention to detail and care are impressive. And a special shoutout to Nurse Shay, who was professional, informative, and put me at ease during my Microneedling session. I'm so impressed with the entire team at Lilly Beauty Medical Spa. I'll be back for sure!

Lilly MedSpa is a scam, they are not an accredited business and the Better Business Bureau has given them an F rating. They are not allowed to call themselves a medical spa because they have no medical personnel on site. I felt strong armed into buying a package of treatments, and after Two Treatments found that the entire right side of my face had fallen, I went to a triple board certified Plastic Surgeon and he said that what they had done was Melt all the fat in my face. I am appalled That I did not check to see if they were really a medical spa. They are not a medical spa. They are doing treatments that licensed aestheticians can do in their offices But there is no medical personnel on site they are not a medical spa Please ladies there are so many wonderful med spas. Lilly spa is not

Extremely disappointing experience. After months of treatments, there has been absolutely no visible improvement — not even a small change. It feels like a complete scam. Jeni and Stephanie seem more focused on selling packages than actually providing effective treatment or care. Don’t buy any package from here — if you really want to try, just go for their promotional treatment and nothing more. I truly regret wasting my time and money at this place.

I start my treatment in Lilly beauty and I really like my results till now in my face I’m doing the chemical peel 🙂

I came in because I saw add and decided to try for skin tightness around neck area. It was super relaxing and wonderful. The whole experience was amazing. The staff was super nice and informative. I got a package and I’m super excited to return. Definitely recommend.
