I got the hifu done and I got the laser lipo by Amber S. She was so helpful and answered all my questions! She measured me before my service and after she did it I lost 5 inches. I wish I took pictures but next time I will now that I know how amazing it works! I was a little skeptical at first but I’m a believer! I hope to have Amber again she made the service comfortable and she definitely did an amazing job for the results to show that well!!

I saw an ad for their Folix hair restoration and I wanted to give it a try as an alternative to a hair transplant. I was welcomed in warmly by the team and the nurse, Melissa. She did a quick consultation about the treatment and was very knowledgeable in providing expectations and the science behind it. She explained that most patients see better results after 4 - 6 treatments. I pulled the trigger and started off in April and the treatments are monthly and I have done 5 so far. I am very happy with the results, I saw great progress after 3 treatments. Hoping to finish up the last treatment next month and post the final results. I also saw that they offered botox and microneedling. I'm looking to start these after I complete the payments for the hair restoration.

As a 45-year-old woman, I have been noticing a lot of sag in my skin not surprised due to aging . I came in for a promotional barbie arms treatment to tackle some arm sag and had such a great experience! The staff were incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. During my consultation, they took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions, which made me feel very comfortable and confident about the treatment. I noticed a lot of reviewers complaining here only seem to come for the promotional session and then do not continue any more treatments. It took me about 4 sessions to really start noticing results. After a very poor facial I signed up for six treatments of microneedling. The first treatment was so short so bad I requested a refund and did not know that the place was in escrow over the weekend. The manager at the time refused to give me my money back which was $4000. They offered me other treatments why would I when the first one was so bad. After the business went to the new owners they are refusing to give me my refund. When you buy a business you buy the problems. Then a year later they offer treatments and cancel me the night before. The salon is so unprofessional it's unbelievable. Do not give into them like I did. I'm still trying to get my money back a year and a half later. Luckily what they did to my face wasn't permanent but it was painful and pretty ugly for a week. I have

I had a confirmed facial appointment that was booked in advance and fully explained to me. Without any prior notice or attempt to ask if I could reschedule, the business canceled my appointment via message. When I called to understand why, I was told they prioritize VIP bookings over previously confirmed appointments. I understand businesses get busy during the holidays, but canceling confirmed clients without discussion and openly stating that other clients take priority is unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. If you are not a VIP client, be aware that your confirmed appointment may not be honored.
