The service was amazingly friendly. My whole family went together and the girls loved loved loved the cute pink chairs especially made for kids. My husband suffers from ingrown toenails and Linda was able to remove all the troublesome areas and he is feeling so much better! I got organic fast-drying polish. I was impressed by how fast the lacquer settled and how clean and shiny they look. I am not good with blades, but the callous sander was gentle, painless, and super effective. Sandy is the best!!! She always does an amazing job with my nails with the most beautiful designs. Lily and Soo always give the best service and are so kind and welcoming.

I picked this spot for the prices on their website. I wanted a no polish manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was great but apparently I was up charged at my manicure… $7 for a “shine buff”. I told the woman at the front that the price of $37 (for a plain manicure… where my nails are not even evenly filed and there is dirt under them still?) was incorrect as the website says $25. She told me I had the wrong website. I showed her their website and she said that it hadn’t been updated in “12 years”. I am pleased with my pedicure but I will not be returning. I don’t appreciate that kind of practice. I was able to pay $30 for the manicure which is still greatly overpriced because my pretty nice pedicure was only $15 more than that. Disappointing to say the least.

I’ve been coming to Lily’s Nails for over 10 years, and I can honestly say it’s the most consistent, welcoming, and professional nail salon I’ve ever been to. The space is always spotless—beautifully maintained and continuously updated, which reflects how much they care about their clients’ experience. Tiffany is absolutely amazing at Gel X—her attention to detail is top-notch—but truly, every single technician here is fantastic. Linda gives a great pedicure, but again, no matter who I’m randomly assigned to, I always walk out happy. The staff is warm, talented, and kind across the board. Soo, the manager, deserves a special shoutout. She’s bright, warm, and always makes you feel right at home. Her positive energy sets the tone for the whole salon. My new favorite salon! The atmosphere is “happy” and friendly! The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I can tell they have long time customers with a very genuine feeling of community. This has been rare in my experience with nail salons over the years. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth it with for the entire experience and lovely manicure and pedicure -
