Lily Nail salon

I have been coming to this salon for the past year now and first visit was just a walk-in as I had tried another salon that would have me waiting for an hour. Here at the lilys the service was awesome the first time around and continuing. The techs are friendly and considerate. Also show care for what ever the reason for your visit. Ms. Kim is my go to tech we is wonderful, caring and thoughtful. She is very attentive to what she does and she has that personality that makes one feel comfortable having her doing your nails. Thank you guys.

They have poor customer service all they do is talk and they don't get the job done properly. I sat and waited over an hour and a half to get my feet, nails and eyebrows done, I was so running for time because I had a function going. A lady walked in handed one of the workers a bouquet of flowers and a card and because she's her friend the one that I was waiting on who got the gifts put the lady before me even though she was the last one who came. I spoke about it and before she apologized she showed no remorse and continued on doing the lady's eyelashes and to tap it off no one wanted to give me service because I've expressed myself. They are very unprofessional and it's all about who are their friends it's not about pleasing and attending to all their customers in they ordered they came.

Came here for eyebrows, pedicure and full set for my prom, absolutely loved them. From the minute I came in the girl I spoke to the day before goes, and took me right away. Loved them😍 After coming back for a fill. Everyone was in line and I was there almost an hour before someone who didn’t have an appointment walked in and gets the first chair. Never returning here again.

Had me waiting for an hour just to tell me both nail techs won't be in until 11. It's 9 o'clock in the morning. Lack of communication 😒

Great service! the individuals whom work here genuinely cares for their customers, Tina is well known as the best eyebrow tech in hartford, I trust Tina and the rest of the team dearly with my life alone with my brows mustache, and nail/toes.. they have such great welcoming energy.
