Lily Nails at OSU ( 10% OFF new management )

I just want to say how much I’m in love with this shop. Linh is such an amazing artist and person. She took her time never once made me feel like I was asking for too much very sweet and kind. Sing was wonderful as well really took his time on my toes not rushed at all even though they accepted me 30 mins before closing. I felt the most comfortable I’ve ever felt like in a nail salon, linh is now my forever tech 😍 not to mention the prices are amazing as well. They just took over the shop so give them a chance, I did and I’m so thankful for it.

They are very nice and do a great job! She was fast and gentle as well. Very close to OSU so as a student, this is my new go to salon.

I came here for a manicure and pedicure, and everything was perfect. The salon feels calm and clean. The girl doing my nails was kind and professional. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The polish lasted weeks without chipping. Totally worth every penny!

**DO NOT RECOMMEND** First time coming to this salon after moving closer to Downtown Columbus. I booked an appointment online, however she didn’t know what appointment I was speaking of— however she quickly got me in and started on my pedicure. The pedicure experience was honestly quite nice and the toenail polish looked great (hence the 1 star). While I was getting my pedicure, the only other customer there got up to leave— mid-service. She said that she had been waiting there (fingernails in acetone) for 45 minutes. The employee simply shrugged and let her leave. Next, I moved onto my nails. I told her I wanted acrylic nails with a specific red polish. They were out of the polish but that’s no big deal! I picked another and we sat down to get started. I had a great experience at this nail salon! The space was welcoming. My technician was friendly, detail-oriented, and took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. The polish lasted a long time and my nails looked amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a French mani & pedicure!
