Lily Nails

I can’t say enough good things about Lily Nails! As someone with a disability, I often feel anxious about going into new places, but the team here was beyond kind, patient, and supportive. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Not only was the service excellent, but their warmth and care made the whole experience so positive. My nails look beautiful, and I left feeling cared for and uplifted. Highly recommend Lily Nails to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a place that truly values kindness and compassion!

New to the area will be coming back Update 2026 I understand when people are understaffed I do however I dont believe it is right to either take a client when you are unable to or charge full price for sloppy work. My nails look like someone who is just learning to do nails. I really really wanted blue. After she applied the pink we agreed no blue but I feel like we should have just restarted there since I was adamant about the design and color are spots that feel rough on my finger or not completely filled in. It is so disappointing because I rarely get my nails done and it's because salons continue to take us when they are not willing to take the time on the design. You say you dont have staff then please turn me away the picture is what I wanted and this is the result

I just moved here to from Florida and was looking for a new salon. I found Lily nails on Google and they did not disappoint. I brought my 2 daughters with me also and they did good on all 3 of us. Lily did my nails and convinced me to try stuff i never did before and. I love how my nails turned out.We also did pedicures with color for the girls and they very much enjoyed it. The atmosphere and cleanliness were 100% amazing. I will definitely be back.

Tracy is really sweet and usually does a great job. I went last Sunday. She was in a rush bc they were busy. And I had reservations at 430. She cut 3 of my fingers while doing the cuticles. One of which was infected by Wednesday. So infected I'm having to take an antibiotics. I also had two of the nails completely break off on Wednesday morning. I do not want them redone and cannot have them fixed since I have an infection where I was cut on one of the 3 fingers. I understand dry skin, and cuticles sometimes bleeding but this was the meat part of my finger above the nail bed. Im out $80+ tip and now the cost of getting an infection and needing antibiotics for it. I'm putting 3 stars bc she did fabulous on my 3yr old daughter's nails. And Tracy really is a sweetheart. Awesome experience 😊 Tracy was super nice and did exactly what we asked for. This was our first time visiting Lily Nail Salon, and we were so impressed! It’s clear this is a family-owned salon that truly cares about their customers. The customer service was great. The salon is clean, relaxing, and very well kept. Everyone took their time and paid close attention to detail, no rushing, no shortcuts. Our nails came out absolutely beautiful. We will be back!
