Lily's Nails

Whenever I go there I always get greeted like I'm the only one there. They tale their time and make sure I'm happy. I always bring my daughters as I'm a single mom and they love the attention they get. Very attentive and great prices.

one thing about this place they only care about the money. they'll tell u a time and when u come at that time or even earlier ur waiting. i get if it was 5 minutes but i came here and waiting 20 minutes before and one time i came 3 minutes late and they wouldn't take me lol. today i called for a pedicure they said they couldn't at the time i needed, cool. they call back and say they can take me so i'm like ok great, the person that did it for me the first time was awesome today it was a lady who 1, cut my toes so short that i literally felt the tools poking at my skin when she was cleaning it lol, then when she switched off w the dude for him to start painting them i notice he keeps wiping my toe i look and i'm bleeding. no apology for the misunderstanding or nothing just acting as if that

Last night was my first time there. They stayed open late just to accommodate me. Great personalities, one guy was singing and dancing. The work was excellent, the best I've ever had done to my nails. Great attention to detail. I love them and will certainly be back!!!!

Horrible customer service! You make an appointment and they still take someone else in your appointment slot. The owner steals clients from his worker who has great clients and he has no say because he is not the owner . Very hostile nail salon. Always tip good and been a client for over a year , they make no accommodations when running 3 min late . I got a full set on Saturday on Sunday two nails had cracks in them and broke on Monday went back to get them fixed for free two days later another one breaks .

1. The owner is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPLEASANT. He double books . Has you wait to talk you he can’t do your nails . There is only 2 nail techs there . The other guy does better nails then the owner . 2. The owner rushes and doesn’t complete the work properly. 3. If you want longer nails they choose not to do it. I urge people not to come to this place! There are other nails salon in the area that so better work and value your time/ money. I have never been to a nail salon that has giving this bad of a service ! I repeat do not waste your time abs money here .
