I made an appointment here for 2 Mani Pedis for the day before my wedding for my MOH and I. I made the appointment over a month in advance. When we walked in, there was one woman working and she told us that it was just her working today so the appointment would take longer. She said her colleague had a rash and could not be around the spa. Which is fine and understandable but when I asked her why she would not have called me to let me know that our appointment was now going to take 2+ hours, she said, "Oh I wrote your number down somewhere and I lost it." Which is completely untrue as you have to use your phone # to check in to their system when you walk in the door. She did an ok job on our manis, and we were as polite and diplomatic as we could possibly be. Tipped 20% etc.. I was going

I just moved to the area and chose Lincoln Square Nails because they had great reviews. They did not disappoint! The owner was very kind and did an incredible job on my dip mani. The service only took an hour and was reasonably priced. So glad I found this place. I will definitely be back!

Love going to Lincoln Square nails!! Ms Linh is always kind and very detailed oriented/ professional as well as her staff and flexible with appointment times. Always a relaxing environment and has lots of options to choose from for colors/ styles. Prices are fair and reasonable. Thank you so much for your service!!
