Service was very horrible. Lady messed up my baby hair and when ask for manager number she repeatedly told me she don’t know it cause she changed it which was a lie. Dropping picture to show u the work she thought I was gone pay for.

Cheap hair products that create build up. Parting of braids is uneven and crooked. I raised my concerns while they were parting and braiding my hair, they assured me they understood what I was asking for and would meet my needs, then went on to do exactly what I asked them NOT to do. Ends were not finished intentionally. Not worth the money they’re charging! Their skills don’t meet the price point.

I've been getting my hair braided here since I was in middle school. Started with Linda, now Sofia is taking on the legacy. Fast service with great prices.

My boho hair was literally falling out everyday since I got my hair done

This is the worst experience I had in getting my hair braided. The quality of hair was terrible and not human hair. The hair cause sickness and an infection in my head. I have had my hair braided in the past at this location, however the owner and workers has changed. The worker appears to be undocumented and very rude. Also, the place was nasty, with inappropriate bathroom facilities.
