Lion barber shop

Before going, I called and was told the wait would be less than 30 minutes — an outright lie. When we arrived, not a single person greeted us. We were left sitting there ignored for over an hour, all while watching people who came before and after us get their haircuts. It was beyond frustrating. The place was completely disorganized and unprofessional. I understand appointments take priority, but with eight people cutting hair that day, there was absolutely no excuse for such an absurdly long wait and zero communication. It felt like we were invisible. This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. No respect, no service, and no intention of making things right. No thank you — I will never be coming back.

Went in there and it took them 3 hrs for me to walk out and just go to another barber. The worst place to go to staff is always drinking they have no manners at all very unsanitary. They talk to dam much they should focus on working instead of talking way to dam much. They stay losing clients.

Very bad experience! My husband went in to get a haircut and one of the barbers was high on drugs with some woman smoking idk what. He started being racist and refused service due to my husband’s “appearance” he laughed and said some hateful comments making fun of him. Mind you he had just gotten out of work so he was a bit dusted. One of the barbers agreed to cut his hair but it was too late he was already very uncomfortable after being insulted and laughed at. This place was recommended due to it being a latino owned business, it’s your own people who are racist sadly. Do better! Do not recommend!
