No frills and clean. I got a basic pedicure. Prices were 20-30% lower than salons I checked closer to downtown Brooklyn. Near the F train. A good spot!

I really want to like this place, as it is a neighborhood spot with decent prices and their spa pedicures with extra massage time really are incredible. But there are three factors that will prevent me from going back there ever again: 1- Product is shoddy. My recent gel manicure started chipping after 1.5 weeks (see photo). I might as well have gotten a regular manicure for a much cheaper price if that was going to happen! 2- I’ve gotten a total of 4 manicures here. 2 out of 4 times I was maimed by Lisa’s carelessness. The first time I figured it was an accident, cuticle cut too short, can be forgiven, but then it happened again (see photo) when Lisa literally filed the skin off two of my fingers… still healing after 1.5 weeks. 3- Last, but definitely not least, the most important reason

I got some Gel tip nails after they claimed they no longer did acrylics Nails didn’t even last a full week she spent less than 45 minutes doing them they did not properly fit my nail and when I told her she claimed it was fine every single nail was uneven I had to file them myself to fix them she knew she did not do a good job when she told me if they fell off I could re glue them on myself after the very first day they were already moving and bending terrible apex and they use cheap Amazon nail forms that are flimsy and not strong at all and then she said “no tip?” In the end when I chose not to tip her for her terrible 60 dollar service I have no problem paying whatever for nails but not when no effort of craftsmanship was put in I would give them 0 stars if I could

This is my first time coming here and Lisa was welcoming along with all the girls. She did my nails amazing ! They are clean and cater to your needs. She is patient and will make sure you get what you want and even if you don’t like it she will help you find something that makes you happy. Pedicure was soothing …. They have spa pedicure and treatments as well. So welcoming, clean and joyful. So many colors and designs to pick from. I found my new go-to nail salon :)

I love Lisa’s! I have been coming to this nail shop for the last year and a half, and I always get courteous and quality service! The spa pedicure package is amazing, and the prices are very reasonable! Lisa makes sure to put the customer first, and her entire team is well-trained. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars!
