Lisa Nails & Skin Care

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I got a full set and by the end of the week, I had only one nail left. Total waste of money. I also got my eyebrows done and they were so rough it made me bleed ,it looked so bad I didn’t even want to take a photo, let alone show anyone. When I came back to fix it, I asked for the owner to redo my eyebrows, and instead the same woman who messed them up tried to do them again. I politely explained what I wanted, and they gave me attitude and started talking about me in another language. So unprofessional and uncomfortable. The pedicure chairs are crammed together you can’t even rest your elbows properly. The floors are literally lifting, the bathroom smells horrible, and there’s a strong unpleasant odor when you first

It took a while for me to find a good tech and settle. Young lady Nu does a great job she takes her time and great with designs as well. Oh and can’t forget the lashes her technique is amazing.

White gel lasted 24 hours before they turned brown… I don’t smoke or work with chemicals yet they insisted it’s because I must’ve touched some type of chemical. one staff told me they wouldn’t re-paint my nails for free, another told me if I can remember who did it for me they’ll do it for free. They’re a joke. I’ve been a customer for years since I live nearby. After today, I’m all set.

The technician over there was very nice and pleasant. They did a good job at my nails and toes..

Terrible customer service. Unfortunately another business that services a primarily brown and black community with no respect or regard for us. I had an issue with my nail tech and asked to be more gentle with my nails and she gave me attitude and did not. When I refused to allow her to continue doing my nails & advocated for a new nail tech I was ignored. They kept me sitting for 30 minutes and before informing that no one would be helping me. I highly doubt a white woman would've been treated the same. Seriously, unpleasant experience.
