Dr. Brunetti was wonderful. She made an uneasy procedure, easy to get through. Felt nothing during all of it. Her expertise is top notch.

RUDE OFFICE MANAGER mismanages office transaction. I have changed my creatively positive to a negative one due to DAUN, the office manager’s poor handling of a transaction. I do not tolerate her rudeness, bullying, raising her voice to over-talk during conversations which is her behavior in response to not acknowledging her multiple errors in this office transaction.

I had a great experience with Dr. Brunetti and her entire staff. She is patient With explaining everything that she needed to do. Her work is impeccable and meticulous, and I felt like I was in excellent hands the whole time. Special shout out to Daun at the front desk who is incredibly helpful with all things insurance and scheduling, greets Dr. Brunetti’s patients with a warm smile and a wonderful attitude, and is just fun to talk to! Thank you for taking such great care of my mouth!

On my first visit I was met by the friendliest receptionist/intake person. Meeting Dr. Brunetti for the first time, I was pleased that she patiently took the time to explain the procedure to me in great detail, and amswer al my questions. Excellent all-around customer service!
