Not only did she overcharge me for something I didn’t want but she was extremely rude as well. I came with my friend and this lady agreed to do a wash and blow out (no roller set) and a braid down for me and then a wash and sew in for my friend. Once she started the process she changed her mind on what she wanted to do on our heads and started ignoring us and eventually said no. She only did a wash and blow out (no roller set and no styling) and yet she charged me $70. If all I wanted was to wash my hair and blow dry it I could’ve done that at home. She could have at least told me no from the beginning so I could’ve done something worth the price. For my friend, she wanted to do the exact same thing when she literally asked for a sew in. She stopped the service and ended up getting a wash

Solan should clean there tools daily to prevent brunt hair stuck on them that causes brunt smell . And change old worn out styling brushes and tools to prevent hair damage

I visited this shop on yesterday to takedown hair and wash/blow dry my natural hair. Also add a rinse to my hair. This was a horrible experience as I’m under the dryer the rinse is dripping down my face and the owner proceeded to apply paper towel and the put a towel to stop the dripping. When I left it was noticeable that my was straight and no relaxer has been applied to my hair in years. There is relaxer added to shampoo no doubt. To make matters worse I didn’t realize until I left the shop the rinse was on my shirt. No quality service and have no regards for clients. PLEASE stay away from this shop they do not care about the quality of your hair Worthless…….

I went to have a wash and roller set. My hair was a mess the next day. I went back the next day to show them my hair. They re wash my hair and press it. After a week, I washed my hair, and it smelled like a relaxer chemical was in my hair. My kinky curl pattern changed. I am not sure what was in the shampoo. But,It is disappointing to have a salon put product in someone's hair without their Knowledge. Please be careful.

I’ve gone to this salon 4 times and the last two were not the best experiences. I realized my hair was falling out in clumps. I take care of my hair prior to getting in the salon because I am a natural girl! My curls are non existent now. My hair will regrow but please avoid using services if you want to maintain your curl pattern. My hair still smells like a box relaxer. The money isn’t worth it.
