Liz's Nail Bar

Liz's Nail Bar is conveniently located with ample parking in New Bern. I was greeted most pleasantly when I arrived for my manicure and pedicure appointment. Ellie started immediately on my pedicure, and she was so nice and professional...checking a few times to ask me about water temperature, etc. Their color selection is VAST and every shade imaginable is available in highest quality products. I easily found my signature 'red,' and Ellie went to work. She has a wonderful touch, and things that normally make me flinch were lite as a feather and very comfortable. Unfortunately, I do not recommend going here to get your nails done. Online, I had booked a full gel set appointment for 65 dollars. At the end, she told me my total was NINETY DOLLARS. That is INSANE. The environment was nice and the staff was friendly; I never learned the name of the lady who did my nails but she was very kind. The design was done poorly, but I didn’t mind that too much. The nails were done TWO DAYS AGO, on 7/29, and already, they are lifting and two have BROKEN OFF. I wouldn’t have paid 30 dollars for this set, and the fact that I wasted 90 + 10 tip on such a disappointment is really awful. Do not go here to get nails done properly or at a good price.

Visited Liz for the first time today and loving both my dipped manicure and pedicure. I came in with a picture of the color I wanted and she took such care to match what I wanted. Sweet ladies, very clean shop, and fantastic massage during both services.

Every time I go to Liz’s I’m reminded of why I come back. Their prices are great, the work is immaculate, and the customer service and care I receive is top tier. 10000/10 I would recommend them to others.

Two of us stopped in here for pedicures. They got us right in on a Wednesday afternoon. They do a good job. We will be back. Friendly staff.
