Disappointing service and haircut. Long wait time. Booked an appointment for 2 at 10:15, came on time and waited until 10:40 to get serviced. My boyfriend went first and right after his cut, sat someone else down before me (this person came in 20 minutes after us). Hair stylist was ready to check us out until he realized that I have not yet gotten my hair cut. I was blatantly ignored. I showed him a reference picture before the cut and as you can see, the haircut looks nothing like the reference picture. He did not section my hair or give me a wash, both of which my boyfriend received. When I spoke up about the unevenness, all he told me was "it looks fine to me" and proceeded to rush me out of the chair. Super disappointed and oh a 10% tip is required.

I got my appointment set up right away, my hair stylist Chris listened attentively to me before starting to work on my hair (on the type of hair design I wanted and to be gentle with extreme care since I suffer from alopecia). So I really appreciated the fact that he treated my hair very gently because I am very sensitive to each piece of hair I lose) and gave me helpful tips on how to care my hair as patient of alopecia. The hair cut turned out super cute, just the way I wanted!! I love it!!! And I was charged exactly the amount quoted over the phone (a fair and reasonable charge). I will definitely be back! :)

I just went there today and I really liked their service, they’re really friendly and I got a haircut exactly the one which I asked for.

I had straight perm in this salon; the hair solution they've used was non irritating on the scalp, unlike other perm solutions that I had before. The service was exceptional and they're very friendly. They did not charge me extra for trim haircut, and the lady with blonde hair even gave me free Morocvita oil as her gift. I do recommend this place if you want to have straight hair for a change.

We drove all the way down to Federal Way from downtown Seattle to get my husband's haircut. We expected service & professionalism similar to those in LKJ Korea, but we were very much disappointed. We experienced lack of professionalism & atmosphere. It was a simple man's haircut, but the cuts were uneven (to the point it was unnatural) and my husband felt the man who cut his hair didn't really pay attention to him since he was keep watching the TV show. The two stars were given for the reception lady and a assistant lady who were kind to us.
