Kitah was so sweet and professional as I arrived early to my appointment. She checked on me to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the service. She listened and responded professionally to any concerns or suggestions and gave me a lovely hairstyle. Didn't feel pressured about anything and have plans to return often.

Went for medium knotless braids and Lakitah was wonderful. She asked questions, made sure I didn't have allergies, and that I was comfortable the whole time. The braids look great and I know they're going to last. Also, the first time customer special was great.
