Cataleya at L&M Hair Studio is absolutely amazing! She's done crochet styles for both my daughter and me, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon is spotless, welcoming, and has such a great atmosphere. Cataleya truly knows her stuff. She’s skilled, efficient, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Paid $251 total ($185 style, $15 tip, $51 hair), for large knotless braids by Nunu at the Mall 205 location. Unfortunately, I had to remove them that same night just so I didn’t risk traction alopecia. The braids were so tight and heavy, along with the stylist using way too much edge control. I contacted the salon about doing something about this to which they shifted responsibility to Nunu, and Nunu then shifted blame to me. Even after showing photos of this mess. She then falsely claimed I missed a 48-hour window, and refused a refund, citing her student status. No resolution despite clear evidence. Disappointed & won’t be returning.

Elizabeth Borrero was my stylist for the first time. I had crochet braids. She did a great job. I always wash my hair prior to the appointment. I appreciate that she did not use high heat on the blow dryer and took care while combing out my hair. I will book with her again.
