LO Spa & Nails at Southloop

Love the atmosphere here but disappointed with my no chip polish set that cost me $50 just for it to come off within 4 days of getting done. After leaving the salon the day of, my nail polish started to chip so I called to let them know- I was able to go back the next day to fix the dent and some spots I had that were messed up but after those 4 days my outer corners started to peel as well. I was also suppose to get a small design on my ring finger but the lady who was doing my nails “forgot” about it.

My nail tech was Angie. She was amazing. I have never had a better foot and hand massage in my life. Angie is now my new nail tech. I appreciate her professionalism. Thanks Angie for making my experience amazing. The prices are very reasonable. I recommend Lo Spa Nails to any woman that wants quality service.

I have always been a supporter of Lo Spa Nails and a loyal customer, but I have been upset at my last visit. The day after my visit, the no chip polish was lifting from the nail on 2-3 of the nails. I went back less than 1 week and got 3 nails replaced, but asked them to replace my ring and pinky fingers as they were also separated from the nail. I asked twice and was told no, which now my pinky nail is completely separated from the nail and it is the day of a wedding that I am a bridesmaid in. My last service was disappointing. I did appreciate that they did not charge me for the correction. Looking forward to returning in the future with the service I have always received from this salon, which has always been stellar outside of this instance.

I’ve been going to LO SPA South Loop for about two years, and I absolutely love it. Every visit comes with great service, and the location is always clean. I also enjoy that they play movies while you’re getting your nails done, it really adds to the relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some “me time,” and it’s very affordable compared to other spots in Chicago.

I've been coming here for years now- excellent service! Everyone is very kind and accommodating. Great quality manicures and pedicures (I just get the basics, nothing fancy. But I do love their spa pedicure!) in a clean peaceful environment. There's always something good on the TV too. I don't even live remotely close to this shop, but I make it a point to go here because I love it so much! Highly highly recommend. :)
