Great haircut and service from LoAn! I really liked the massage during the hair wash. The hairstyle LoAn gave me was very fashionable. Price is very reasonable too.

LoAn's is a hidden gem of a stylist. I admit, that I put off writing this review because I have gatekeeping. But this week has been over 2 years that I've gone to Loan for my pixie cut. Anyone can do hair coloring and long hairstyles, but not everyone can do a great looking short haircut. During Covid, I grew out my hair and had it cut to donate it. I tried several stylists to get the right look for my facial features. Then I found LoAn's because It's close to home. The first time, I explained to Loan my style and how I want something that's easy to take care of and professional looking. She listened to me and also offered some suggestions. I’m so happy with my wash cut and blowout! An took her time and really showed her skills. I have very thick and long hair but she did a wonderful job. The price was good the quality was great. The wash was great too, she took her time and gave me a massage. I’m tempted to go have her wash my hair every day after a stressful work day.

This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to! Quyen, the lady who works there, is absolutely horrible. I told her over and over that I have sensitive skin around my eyebrows and did NOT want them thin. I specifically said multiple times to keep my feathered brow line intact, but she didn’t listen at all. She waxed everything off and made my eyebrows as thin as possible. She completely ruined my eyebrows! She left scars under my eyes. The whole area is swollen, painful, and looks terrible. I felt like crying when I saw what she had done. The nails were just as bad. She did such a sloppy job that it looked like I did it myself at home with a UV lamp. This place is a complete disaster. They don’t listen, they don’t care, and they do a horrible job. 2/1/2024: just got my nails done by Quyen!!! We co-created the nail art design and she's got a good eye for aesthetics, shape and colors!! And steady hands which is key. --- Great price and haircut - first met LoAn 6 years ago at another local salon! Glad to reconnect and have found her! -- loan's been cutting my hair now for 3+ years and her attention to detail is awesome!!! I recently cut my hair short and I've gotten awesome compliments each time!
