25+ year locs in need of repair and some serious TLC! Bridgette fixed me up! She repaired my damaged locs and gave me a great wash and style. I thought I was going to have to cut them off but she saved me! I’m Very grateful for the care and professionalism she provided. I truly appreciate Bridgette and Loc Nation, I feel brand new! 😁 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!! 👍🏽

I will give it 2 stars. Not for the retwist it’s self. But the all around service OMG! 4HOURS!! Appointment at 3pm for a detox and retwist. Was told 30 for detox and 80 for retwist for my 7 year old that has 4 year mature locs. Got to the sink and used regular vinegar and baking soda to soak in. On there page I see apple cider vinegar, lemons limes and bakin soda. Not the same service. Was told we don’t do that anymore. Then why is it promoted. Also that’s the proper way to do a detox. Sat in the sink for 45 minutes so they can finish another persons hair. Sat in the chair and the total amount of time for detox, retwist and dryer 4 hours!!! Told me I wasn’t allowed to eat anything thing or throw anything in the trash to take it with me because I refuse to not eat something! 😡 Get ready to

I am 1 yr and 9 months into my loc journey that started with coils in a regular hair salon. I knew one day I would need a loctician, so I started asking random women with locs that looked well groomed and I was also googling different shops. I am so glad I found Ms Bridget. She is very knowledgeable and cared about my hair health first. I’m hooked after my first visit and can’t wait to show off my hair. Also, the other ladies in the shop are so nice and the vibe is very professional. The bonus to it all is Ms. Desi has the best music playing. No repeat songs, no vulgarity, grown, chill and has you vibin to songs you haven’t heard in a while. I've had my locs retwisted and styled by many locticians however, none are as phenomenal as Desi. I've only been a customer for a year, but even after the first few visits I've noticed massive improvements with the quality and health of my locs. In fact, I hadn't realized the amount of build up that was in my hair until Desi informed me. And after a few detox washes, my hair now feels much lighter and softer. I would not recommend a better place if you're looking for someone with knowledge and expertise on loc care or haircare in general. The superb customer service is also a plus.

I had such an amazing experience at LocNation! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The vibe is so positive, and everyone there truly knows their stuff when it comes to locs. My loctician took the time to understand my hair needs and gave me some great tips on keeping my locs healthy. The service was top notch, gentle, precise, and done with so much care. My locs feel fresh, healthy, and styled just the way I wanted. Plus, the products they used left my hair feeling super hydrated and nourished. If you're looking for a loctitian that really cares about your locs and makes you feel at home, this is the place! I’ll definitely be coming back.
