L'Occitane en Provence

I had a great experience at this location. I brought my mom and sister Christmas shopping and we left with way more than planned! The sales woman Jill was knowledgeable and very helpful. She went above and beyond for my family and I. We will be returning to shop here!

I had the most wonderful experience over the phone with Frema. I ordered some shampoo and conditioner but wanted to also get a body wash. She walked through the whole store and went through all the scents available for me and asked my preferences before picking one she thought fit best. Well, my package arrived today and it is PERFECT. Smells incredible and I will probably use this wash until they discontinue it. She also made sure I didn't miss out on any discounts or promotions and got me a sample of the skincare which I will likely be purchasing in full size after trying. Thank you Frema!

Editing- I'm not sure what happened over the last year or so but it's gone downhill fast for our experience. I haven't seen the associate I referenced originally for a few visits, so maybe that's it, but the last 3 visits, my partner and I were fully ignored until we went to check out. No one asked about having an account until I asked if I could give them my info. The store was fully empty except for me, my partner, and two employees, one on her phone. They don't do birthday gifts/samples anymore, which is a bummer, and definitely had no help with product recommendations. Not worth the trip anymore at all, going to see about ordering online next time I need refills (products seem to still be good though, just not worth going to this particular store anymore). I had an excellent experience at L’Occitane thanks to Frema’s exceptional service. She was professional, pleasant, and incredibly helpful, making my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Frema went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, and her positive attitude made a big difference. It’s refreshing to find such dedicated staff, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I love these products ! I’ve used them for 15 years. There’s nothing bad in them unlike most USA products. They recycle their bottles too!
