I am writing to share a concern regarding my recent experience at the Madison Avenue location (1046 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10075). When I arrived approximately 10 minutes before opening, I politely asked if I could enter five minutes early to quickly purchase a few items before the blizzard gets any worse. The staff member, Catherine, responded in a manner that I found to be rude and impatient, yelling at me and stating that the store was closed. When I entered the store her attitude immediately changed and she tried to please me by giving me “extra” samples which were by the way the same amount I usually get from other staffs. Absolutely unprofessional.

Is a great place to get presents they're wonderful products and the service is great

Was walking past and saw some employees purposely push some Muslim girls for no reason. If that’s the employees they hire and have them stand in front of the store as the first point of contact, this business should not exist. There’s actually a viral video going around of this incident and can clearly see the employee setting up to aggressively shoulder the young ladies walking past her while the rest of her employees laugh and support that malicious behavior.
