L'Occitane en Provence

I have been using L'Occitane for YEARS and I have never had such a horrible experience coming into a store. When I initially came into the store it was not crowded at all, and still no employee made any effort to help me find what I was looking for. When I was approached by an employee, it was a man with colored contacts who was VERY rude to my granddaughter. I have had an interaction with this man before, I think he is the manager. He has been helpful in the past but he was very rude to my granddaughter and when I asked him about the change in pricing for an item he was very snotty and unwilling to explain the discrepancy. I left without buying because I was so shocked by the service. I don't know if I want to shop here anymore. I was going to buy my christmas gifts from L'Occitane but I

I have been a Loccitane customer for years, I usually buy at airport duty free. But in this Grand Central store I found much more variety and excellent service from the store representative. Perhaps they do not offer as many bundles, typical of duty free, but it is really worth visiting this store, also because it is very accessible to get there.

Brought a gift set for my friend. The beauty advisors were so nice and sweet, helping choose a good had cream and body cream. Appreciate their help.

This place is great for fragrances and aromatherapy scents. The staff is very helpful. At times they share samples of hand lotions to refresh and moisturise the skin.

The employees are really nice! They were quite helpful and friendly too I enjoyed my time looking in the shop
