Loc'd By Lace

Lacey is an excellent loctician—friendly, outgoing, and very professional. She’s extremely knowledgeable about locs and takes cleanliness seriously; her work area is always spotless, and her tools are properly sterilized and sanitized. She started my starter locs two months ago, and my first retwist today came out amazing. I always feel comfortable and confident in her care. Highly recommend!

Today’s visit with Lacy was a true blessing. My day had been unexpectedly overwhelming and full of emotion, and I was running 45 minutes behind for my appointment. Per her policy, she could’ve rightfully canceled—but instead, she showed patience and compassion, letting me know the VIP fee would apply but still welcoming me in. That gesture alone meant so much. I honestly felt like I was on the brink of a breakdown, and her kindness gave me space to breathe. She washed my hair thoroughly, retwisted it flawlessly (I haven’t seen my scalp this crisp in a long time!), and styled it just how I envisioned—with no added tension or discomfort.
