I don't think there are words to describe the amazing service I received from Bella and Charlitha! I'm a very hard customer to please when it comes to my hair but these ladies truly surpassed my expectations. I made almost a 2 hour drive to this salon, and I didn't regret not one minute of the drive.

Bella is a DREAM! Her demeanor is calming and she is excellent at her craft. I can appreciate that she is particular about the volume of her clientele as it allows her to not overbook. I’m looking forward to her guidance on my sisterlocs journey.

Loc'd and Free is the second salon I tried to maintain my locs and I am completely satisfied. I have visited other stylist, but none make me feel as if they are as competent. Bella is my current stylist and I absolutely love her. I have a regularly scheduled hair appointment every 6 weeks and my hair is growing spectacularly.

The best locticians in Atl. Bella and Nita are so talented and a joy to be around. I've been going there 2 years and my daughter just started her sisterlock journey with them and she loves her locs too! They are great at both maintenance and establishments. We'll never go anywhere else. 💞

I couldn’t be happier that I picked this place to get my Sisterlocks! I had a lot of questions at the beginning and Bella went out of her way to answer my questions and then to work with my schedule. She was super flexible and actually was able to get me in earlier and faster than I expected. There is really no place I’d have rather spent those 12 hours. Bella and the rest of the team were awesome company. There was a such a great vibe- it was nice and relaxed and fun. I loved that she was attentive and we had some great conversation, but she was also totally fine with just chilling quietly too. My hair looks AMAZING and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
