Natalie is just awesome. She always retightens my hair in less than 2.5 hours and leaves my lines extremely neat. She is very professional, respectful and prompt with her timing.

Nat is so nice! This has been the best experience I’ve had with a loctician. She makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable as soon as you walk in. You never have to apologize for anything the current state of your hair. I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my hair but her because she makes me feel warm with her radiant and vibrant energy. She has so much compassion and care for her clients. And she cares deeply about your hairs growth. I couldn’t recommend her enough

I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years, but my recent experience with Nat has been incredibly disappointing. After being hospitalized, I reached out for support, only to have my appointment and services dropped without any notice. When I tried to contact her for a reschedule, she didn’t respond to my calls or messages. It seems acceptable for her to prioritize her own schedule, yet when I needed help, she made it clear she was not interested in accommodating me. It’s disheartening to see someone I’ve supported for so long suddenly neglect our relationship. If you’re looking for reliability, communication, and not someone who’s always complaining about closing her business to return working at Starbucks. I would not recommend this service. It’s sad to
