I payed $30 to schedule an appt for 2:30PM, stylist took walkins before me. Stylist made me wait nearly 2 hours to be serviced even tho Im the one that scheduled in advance. If Im not being serviced at the time I payed for, what was the $30 even for? I paid for a $85 for a wash and retwist, when Keisha finally got to me to wash my hair... she barely washed it. I have dry scalp issues and after the wash you could clearly see all the flakes in my hair, so why did I even pay for a wash? After that she finally started retwisting my hair, she was rough and not at all talkative. Oh yeah not to mention that she used the same dirty comb on me that she used on the 2 other walkins before me!!! I wasnt reembursed for the time slot I paid for and didnt get, then she had the audacity to ask for a tip.

I had the pleasure of getting my retwist done by Locs By Keisha and I throughly enjoyed my experience! She created a work of art on my crown😍 She was also very fast and I loved her professionalism! Book her now!
