Francine started my loc journey for my birthday almost one year ago! When I was searching for a Loctitian, everyone was very negative and told me my hair was too short and they couldn’t help me. When I contacted Fran, she was literally a ray of sunshine when I was ready to give up on finding someone to help me on my journey. She told me we would figure out what would work for my length. From the day we met, she encouraged me to trust the process. Even when I was fed up and thought parts of my hair would never loc, she assured me they would, in due time. I had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair done by Francine, and I can honestly say it was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, her calm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. She washed and twisted my waist-length dreadlocks, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I’ve been doing my own hair for over 20 years, so letting someone else touch my locks was a big deal for me — but Francine completely exceeded my expectations. She was gentle, attentive, and took her time carefully separating and retwisting each lock with so much care and precision. We had a great experience with Francine! She did an amazing job interlocking my 9-year-old son’s hair. She was extremely patient with him throughout the process, making sure he was comfortable the entire time. The outcome was perfect—his locs look great, and he absolutely loved his hair when it was done. We’re very happy with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
