I’ve been going to Locs of Loving and honestly she’s probably one of the nicest people I’ve met and so educated about what she does. She’s super kind, welcoming, and every time I go my locks come out looking great. Definitely recommend her if you’re thinking about starting or maintaining your locks.

I called to book a retwist and the experience was extremely unprofessional. I spoke politely and just asked when she was available this week or next week. She said she was unavailable this week and didn’t know about next week. When I asked when she could check her schedule, she laughed, told me she’s “not on my time,” and hung up the phone. I called back respectfully to express that I felt disrespected, but she showed no accountability or professionalism. I believe in supporting small businesses, but this was disappointing. If you expect respectful communication and good customer service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
