Locs of luxcious

A uniquely bad experience. I got micro locs with extensions ($2,500) from Erica and would strongly warn against it. We had to take a break due to running out of hair/thanksgiving. Erica then had a "medical issue" that was never mentioned before and refused to finish the hair for a month+. In the case of a medical emergency it seems completely normal to refund for the remaining amount. Erica refused to do so (screenshot attached). Eventually she offered to finish but because of the delay i got the hair completed elsewhere . Do not go to Locs of luxcious if you value professionalism.

Erica has been taking care of my microlocs since around April of this year. She is very professional and quick. Her work is always neat and the conversation is always great! I have only had positive experiences with her and she is very upfront about pricing. Love that I can book on her website very easily! You won’t be disappointed!

My experience at Locs of Luxcious has been amazing! The salon is cozy and Erica is excellent. I was fortunate to have Erica install my locs and she has been maintaining my hair ever since. My most recent visit consisted of rod curls to prepare for a wedding - the outcome was truly spectacular! Many thanks for always ensuring my hair looks it’s absolute best.

Erica is the best! She’s knowledgeable about hair, the loc process, and all hair types. Plus she’s very creative and chic herself. She’s also a caring and kind person. I love coming to Locs of Luxcious; my hair is always styled to the GODS, and I have a fun time with great conversation.

I love coming to get my hair done. It’s quick which I love and the atmosphere is very nice and soothing. My stylist is very friendly and gets the job done. She understands my hair and takes very good care of it. I just love my hair. I would recommend anyone to go to this shop.
