She works fast and does a good job but prepare to have your services doubled booked and ping ponged. As a business consultant I tried to communicate that user experience (UE) is as important as her ability to twist hair. I’ve asked to have my services straight through on more than one occasion. Feedback is the breakfast of champions if you are willing to hear it. Her response to my direct feedback was clear that I wasn’t valued as a customer. My last visit was heartbreaking that I had to give a Black woman business owner a poor review. See receipts attached.

I personally sat with one of your clients you told you would be there. I told her you are just like a lot of black female business owners you do enough work to get your social media floss my life money. And when it runs out you start acting like your customers matter. You should do business like you care about your clients and stop treating them like a cashapp card. This is why a lot of black owned businesses fail. The owners just want your money and not your respect. Treat your customers with respect then you will not have to worry about making money they will return. Go to a program and learn true customer service. That is if you even have the capacity to care about others that patronize your business.

My hubby went here today for the first time. The owner was super nice, friendly, quick, personable, and affordable!! Our experience was lovely. He got the ends of his locs colored and a retwist done!! I highly recommend this business.
