AVOID AT ALL COST: I attempted to resolve with stylist directly but was met with unprofessionalism, so I will not be changing my review. I will say that the service started out favorable, as the “loctician“ was able to take me the next day. She confirmed that she could do the style I wanted (which was for my birthday) and she also confirmed the price, $235 ($175 for retwist and $60 for style. The price was already OVERPRICED but I decided to book because I needed my hair done before my birthday. (Note I am not local to tocoma, visiting from ATL). Upon my arrival, the stylist was 25 min late and I had to wait outside in the cold . (I got a ride there). During the service, I had to request her to completely wash my scalp, because she was barely washing it, after I told her it needed a good

My new go to! Great vibes and talented stylist. Was able to retie my microlocs in 2 hours! Supportive woman environment makes it easy to relax.

Sondra is a great hairstylist. She takes her time and delivers beautiful work. Very nice flexibility scheduling and fair pricing. I appreciate her she brought me back too life!

Sondra salvaged my high top locs look by adding starter locs to the sides and by styling my full head in two stranded twists. She was also able to do a taper fade, crisp line up, and moustache + beard shave coming out to a total of $220 (booking fee included). I will proudly be rocking this look as I walk across the stage for my white coat ceremony. Thanks Sondra!

This is the happiest I've been since starting my locs journey. I was looking up a place to go because I haven't had a good experience with my locs, read some reviews on Locs that Last, everyone talking about Sondra, I decided to try. I must say, am really really happy with the outcome. Starting with the call to make appointment, she was very nice and respectful, her smiles and expressions on the day of appointment made me feel at home. I will definitely will be going back and 100% will recommend her to anyone.
