Love this place. Originally, I was looking at options for hosting a meeting, but ended up deciding to simply try working from one of the offices here… Sold! The guaranteed gated free parking is absolutely clutch. The people here are genuinely kind. The owner is responsive and easy to work with (thank you, Chris!), and you are just a few steps from Restaurant Row (2nd St) and the River. 170 steps to Little Amps. Yes, I counted. The fitness center is not yet installed, but it sounds like it will be coming in the near future.

Excellent space and management! The facilities are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. You can’t beat having parking while still being a quiet, downtown block. Management is friendly, responsive, and professional. Chris went the extra mile to make sure I started off on the right foot and made renting easy. If you’re looking for a private, top of the line office, this is your place. Plus there are plans to make the space ever better. You should be around to see it yourself!
